The Infrastructure Procurement Specialist will provide leadership in contract procurement for major infrastructure projects to Roads Agency Limpopo. Specifically, he/she will provide specialist advice and coordinate construction procurement process to ensure compliance with Public Finance Management Act (PFMA), Public Service Regulatory Framework, Company Act, Supply Chain Management (SCM) guidelines, Treasury Regulations (TR), Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act (PPPFA).
